A Resource Manual for Teachers and Educational Administrators Kindergarten to Class 8. This manual was initiated by Steiner Education Australia (SEA) in response to a steady stream of requests for assistance from its member schools. Requests for guidance on the Steiner curriculum and methods of teaching come from newer schools, particularly those in isolated areas; schools of all ages and sizes request help with preparing their curriculum documentation for the purposes of School Registration.

Meeting registration requirements is becoming increasingly complex as States focus on Learning Outcomes, and some in particular require detailed cross-referencing between the school's Steiner curriculum and the State curriculum or syllabus. The challenge schools face in "serving two masters" (Steiner and State) has become a central theme of the book.
